TPA & Managed Repair Programs
Program participation should be earned through capability, documentation, responsiveness, compliance, and consistent customer service. Same Day Mitigation welcomes credentialing and onboarding review where our service area and capabilities fit the program.
Business, insurance, certification, service-area, safety, and other qualification documents requested by the program can be organized for review.
Defined intake, contact, scheduling, dispatch, documentation, status-update, completion, and invoicing workflows can be aligned to program requirements.
We are open to service-level expectations, quality review, scorecards, customer-experience requirements, corrective action, and continuous performance review.
Rapid acknowledgement and coordination reduce uncertainty at the start of an assignment.
Organized photos, readings and drying data when relevant, affected-area records, work performed, and project chronology.
Mitigation decisions should follow observed conditions, material response, safety, and documented project needs rather than unnecessary demolition or unsupported assumptions.
Clear factual updates for stakeholders without blurring contractor, adjuster, carrier, or policyholder roles.
Professional conduct, understandable explanations of the physical work, jobsite care, and respectful coordination during a stressful event.
Project records organized so the file can be reviewed without reconstructing the mitigation story from scattered messages.
Same Day Mitigation does not interpret policy coverage, negotiate claim value, represent the policyholder as an adjuster, or tell a carrier how to adjudicate a claim. Our role is to mitigate the physical loss, document what we observe and perform, communicate efficiently, and provide requested factual project records.
Send the program name, service area, onboarding contact, credentialing requirements, and any initial vendor documents.
