Trusted Guidance Foundation

A trusted recommendation should mean more than paid placement.

SDM Intelligence will recommend a company only when that company has been vetted against defined standards. Referral fees are not required. When no trusted partner exists in an area, we will say so explicitly.

The SDM Intelligence Trust Promise

We will not trade long-term trust for a convenient referral.

Recommendations should be useful, explainable, transparent, and based on meaningful evaluation—not on who paid the most or who happened to be nearby.

We recommend what we believe is best. Not every situation requires a mitigation company.
We explain why.A recommendation should include the reason and important limitations.
We disclose material relationships.Compensation does not replace vetting.
We say when we do not know.No recommendation is better than an untrustworthy recommendation.
We review trust continuously.Status can be reconsidered or removed.
Trusted Partner Availability Foundation preview—DFW service and honest no-partner messaging.

contract terms States

Every location should have an honest status.

Trusted Partner Available

A vetted company currently meets the standards.

The recommendation should explain why the company is trusted and disclose any material financial relationship.

Evaluation in Progress

A company is being reviewed but is not yet recommended.

Evaluation in progress does not imply approval. No recommendation should be made before the review is complete.

No Trusted Partner Yet

SDM Intelligence does not currently have a vetted recommendation.

Rather than refer an unvetted company, the platform provides objective selection guidance and explains the gap plainly.

Evaluation Framework

Trust is reviewed across the complete customer experience.

1

Technical competence

Field knowledge, equipment competence, training, and judgment appropriate to the work performed.

2

Documentation quality

Clear photographs, readings, equipment records, monitoring notes, and project communication.

3

Communication

Respectful, understandable, timely communication with customers and project stakeholders.

4

Reliability

Realistic commitments, dependable scheduling, and consistent follow-through.

5

Ethics and transparency

Honest scopes, transparent billing, appropriate referrals, and no deceptive incident record.

6

Continuous review

Current credentials, incident review, customer feedback, and removal when standards are not maintained.

Companies and Trades

Request evaluation for a service area.

Plumbing, mitigation, roofing, HVAC, electrical, reconstruction, contents, and other property-loss companies can prepare an application for review.

Application, verification, references, interview, contract terms decision, and continuous review are separate stages.

Ongoing Standard

A Trusted Partner designation is earned continuously, not permanently.

Credentials, recovery documentation, service capability, responsiveness, reputation, and fit may be reviewed again. SDM does not make a referral where it has not established confidence in a provider.
